Could you please list some web sites etc for diets regarding type 2 diabetes?
I went to a RD but she spoke faster than a jet engine. I did not learn
anything from her or understood a word she said. She spoke of carbs and said
that I can't have more than 300 mg's a day but never said what carbs are.
Everytime I tried to ask her a question, she just flipped another page of her
notes and kept talking.

There is no standard diet for a
diabetic.Some do well on the low carb, others like myself follow the food
pyramid.There is also the exchange systems.I have heard that weight watchers
