Question:
And try to make it short, please.
A diabetic who is sometimes depressed but has no hypertension.
Answer:
Firstly, I must clarify with you, I don't play God or asking you to stop
your insulin injection, you yourself, as a patient, you must help
yourself in gathering more health knowledges ie. by watching over your
diet, apply accupressuring (in order to help stimulate/correct the
unrinary system, daily), 'cause, 'if, you don't help yourself, no one
can help you. As for me, I can only guide you to a certain extent.
In regarding your questions put forward to me, as mentioned before,
there are two types of diabetes. Type I diabetes (I presumme in your
case) affect older people, where, their 'damaged'urinary system
(diabetes) are usually caused by the type of foods they consummed (you
are, what you eat)ie. by taking too much salty foods, lack of water and
by taking too much bacterial/fermented foodstuffs like cheese,
wine, sauce, for over a long period of time. So, for this type of
diabetes (that doesn't derived from hypertension) it is not neccessary
connected with hypertension or depression.
People with hypertension are those who are very responsible, sensitive
and caring people, totally opposite from those who have 'don't give a
dammed! type of attitude. They didn't realise that, when they die, the
world still carry on 'living' (without him or her). Depression and
hypertension, they may link with one another (ie. having these 2
sicknesses, it cause the brain to 'produce' a certain type of enyzme,
that cause 'disorder to the body functioning system affecting mainly the
metabolism, digestion and urinary system) but, there are difference in
their characteristic ie. depression is 'sadness' due to setback whereas,
hypertension is 'anxiety'. This is where the so-called type II diabetes
derived from.
Type I diabetes, due to the serverity of damages done by you, over a
long period of time, you need to 'nurse' back the correct functioning of
your urinary system by, daily stimulating your kidney areas (thru
accupressuring, you receive internal 'Qi' circulation) and avioding
fermented/bacteria foods, drinking water after each session (of
accupressuring) and salt-less foods. Of course, for a start, you don't
have to totally stop insulin injection but, if, you are on
accupressuring treatment, try to 'slowly reduce' systematically. I am
not saying that insulin is no good, insulin is a relief but, not a
cure!!To start your accupressuring programme, you should buy a book on
'Foot Reflexology', find out, where the urinary system pressure point is
and apply it daily.
Type II diabetes is much easilier to handle. Due to it original cause,
from hypertension/depression, so, to cure it, we must take out the
'roots to its problem' by, just simply massage (thru accupressuring)
back to the body normal functioning system. For type II diabetes
patient, from the Foot Reflexology, find out, where the 'Solar Plexus'
point (you must do it correctly, cause, there is another pressure
'chest'point been stituated nearby the solar plexus point.Another areas
of massaging are the '5 meridien flows', the points are situated at
every end of our finger tips, press it from the centre and rub/squueze
it off outwardly. Of course, the urinary, pancratic and digestion
pressure points also, need to be attended, as well.
