Question:
I am not diabetic, but I come from a diabetic family. I have just
been diagnosed with a rather mild form PCOS. After picking up my exercise a
considerable bit, I am interested in a formal dieting program. I did a lot
of thinking about it, and after several upset stomachs (Atkins is great but
it doesn't agree with my tummy) I am wanting to use the Diabetic Exchange
diet. However, I am finding it impossible to find a copy of the diet on the
internet!
Answer:
Here is one, but it appears to be somewhat outdated. They no longer use the
"do not eat" list. Now some things like regular soda are not advised unless
you are having a hypo. But the things like cake, candy, and ice cream can
be worked into the diet in small portions, occasionally.

And here is another list. Looks to be more recent.
